About Rick Waggener
Rick has been a producer, director, videographer and Emmy nominated editor for over 25 years working freelance most of his career following earlier stints with the local NBC affiliate, video production companys and the Kansas City Royals. He had the opportunity to travel and work extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and most recently in Europe via Barcelona, France and Italy on behalf of clients such as Pizza Hut, the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Academy of Pediatricians, American College of Cardiologists, Creative Marketing, The City of Kansas City Missouri as well as for Allegro Media a local media company. He recently co-produced the documentary "The Sandlot Journey" with writter Bill Severns. The purpose of the documentary was to help parents and coaches to relax and let the young athletes enjoy the games they have chosen to play.
